Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and all returns must be sent with tracking. Please provide the tracking number once your item has been shipped back.
Custom, personalized, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are not accepted on custom or personalized orders.
Ready-to-ship items may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition and in its original packaging.

I stand behind the quality of my creations. If you receive your item(s) and are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me so that I can make it right.
If your bag has a construction failure with 30 days of receipt, I will correct, fix, or replace your bag for free (client is responsible for shipping to me, I will cover shipping of repaired or replacement item back to client). Examples of construction failures include, but are not limited to, zipper teeth failures, seams unravelling, and popping rivets.
Construction failures do NOT include abrasions, tears not on a seam, stains, or zipper pull failures, as these are signs of use and not the fault of the maker.
If you encounter a construction failure more than 30 days after receipt or through normal usage, please contact me to see if it still might be reparable for a small fee. The sooner you contact me, the more likely it is that I have that fabric available for a repair.
My greatest desire is that this bag becomes a treasured piece of your wardrobe that you proudly carry for many years to come.
Customizations & Alterations
Custom sizing and design modifications are made at the customer’s request and may affect the fit, structure, drape, closure, or overall behaviour of the finished bag compared to the original design. While every effort is made to advise customers of potential design tradeoffs, Sparrow Handmade cannot guarantee that custom alterations will perform identically to the original pattern.
Customer-requested customizations are not considered defects in workmanship and are therefore not eligible for return, refund, free redesign, reconstruction, or alteration after completion. Any post-production modifications requested by the customer will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and, if possible, will be subject to labour and shipping charges.
