The construction is perfect. The balance on my shoulder using the shoulder strap was an unexpected pleasure. The leather handles are divine (and smell so good!) I used it on a recent trip, and everything about my Oxbow tote was what I hoped it would be. And the compliments on its beauty were icing on the cake.

I reached out to Demerese for options on a custom bag. She was very quick to respond. She sent photos of fabric options to choose from. We collaborated on colors and materials, and within a very short time we created an idea for a custom Oxbow tote and a matching Dopp kit: charcoal waxed canvas with the red peony and mice fabric, with red full grain leather for straps/handles.
My package arrived within the expected time, carefully wrapped, with a handwritten thank-you note.
Gosh the end result is more beautiful than I expected. The deep red of the full grain leather is gorgeous, the mice/peony fabric is superb, and all the pockets inside the tote are just amazing!

I love it. So well made. Beautiful fabric combination. Very helpful and complete ordering process. I had so many questions. I can carry folders, a couple of text books. 2 pencil pouches and my daily planner with ease. Strong leather crossbody. You want a tote like mine!
