You will love this mid-sized versatile crossbody tote with its two exterior slip pockets, interior zippered pocket, and interior slip pocket with slots for a pen and phone. It's roomy enough to throw a sweater and your water bottle in besides all of your other stuff, yet it's not bulky and doesn't get in the way. The crossbody strap in full-grain leather pulls it all together into a body-hugging lightweight carry-all. The gorgeous waxed canvas is rugged, and regular use gives it that patina of something well loved.

Care Instructions

Outer: spot-clean with water (no detergent)
Lining: spot-clean with water and mild detergent
Lay flat to dry
DO NOT IRON; the wax in the outer layer will melt and alter the appearance and function of the fabric.
If desired, use a moving hair dryer on high at a distance of 4 inches away from the outer waxed canvas layer to smooth out the wrinkled appearance.

I cannot say how lovely this bag is. The colour (eggplant) is perfect, it has a soft sheen to it. Lots of pockets, buttery soft strap. Thrilled to bits with it, so much so that I shared the website on my FB feed in case any of my friends need a new bag. Wonderful to buy something from a skilled Canadian artisan. Thank you for your talent.

Love my new compass bag! The design is very stylish, and the bag itself is very well made. I wanted a bag that I could use for carrying my knitting project when I meet up with friends to knit. This bag is the perfect size for that, and because of all the pockets the bag has, I don’t need to also carry a purse with me.
